Why They Call Me A Hoe'r

I am a trained cook, a homeschool mom, and a wife who is a fan of great food and green living. I spend so much time in the warmer months working my organic garden with a hoe that my friends say I'm nothing but a big hoe'r.
I wasn't always a small town hoe'r. I grew up in a big city in FL, but helped my dad work our organic mini farm on a piece of property he inherited. After marrying a military man and moving place to place, I settled with my husband and our two children in the Appalachian Mountains. I can see the ridge that the Appalachian Trail runs along from my bedroom window and from the organic garden that I spend so much of my time in. Though the places in which I've lived call to me, I am content with my country life as a small town hoe'r.
